“The team employed the use of Nightshade to get the information they wanted from their captive.”
============================
Only selected individuals were aware of the Foster Garden Club’s true mission. Masquerading as simple farmer’s wives exchanging seeds, they worked tirelessly to help defeat the Nazis.
As sworn, secret members of the unofficial-CIA, these Morse code savvy women behind the scenes, monitored radio frequencies favored by Nazi sympathizers who were passing sensitive information to U-boats laying off the East Coast during World War Two.
Using triangulation techniques, they located and captured a 90-year-old great-grandmother, a ring-leader, and Nazi herself.
Using minute doses of pulverized of locally grown Nightshade seeds as truth serum, these farmer’s wives quickly exposed an enemy network operating with the United States, and perhaps turned the tide in some small way.
A well crafted story Scott! Thank you for writing for the Mondays Finish the Story challenge and I hope that you return for the next one. Be well… ^..^
